Returns & Exchanges
We understand once in a while there might be a situation where you love the item you purchased but it really doesn’t work for you. So as a courtesy we can accommodate you to take the item back under the following terms and conditions:
Scenario # 1: Unopened Items
1: If suppliers agree and accept returns, You may call for return authorization to send back a product which is unopened and factory sealed. You will only be responsible for shipping/return fee plus applicable tax and the rest of your payment is returned. (If free shipping was offered we will calculate how much it actually cost us to ship and return back, that fee will be deducted). Remember this situation is for unopened product. If item is opened in any way, we will not accept the return. The item you return will be send back to suppliers and if supplier refuses due to the product being opened we will withhold the full amount of purchase.
Scenario # 2: Opened Items But Not Damaged
2: You may call for return authorization to send back a product which you opened but did not like due to any reason except for being damaged, (If damaged see scenario # 3). In this case you are welcomed to return it with 50% restocking fee plus applicable shipping/return fee and tax. (If free shipping was offered we will calculate how much it actually cost us to ship and return back, that fee will be deducted).
Scenario # 3: Damaged Items
3: If item (s) damaged and you noted the damage on delivery slip while driver waiting, then we do have insurance. You do not need to return as we will put a claim with transport. We will send you new product, or parts. It will be a manufacturer / supplier decision how to handle it and they are pretty good to stand behind their products in situations like this.
