Online Orders Terms & Conditions:

All custom made products which shows variations of wood type, upholstery colour, configurations….etc, have three days grace period to modify. This period has been given to us by the manufacturers in case any order needs to be edited to suit your need at no administration fee. After 3 days grace period the order is placed and cannot be modified or changed. If you like to modify it after 3 days, you need to immediately email to us ([email protected]) and we will inturn authorize the change with factory to see if changes will be allowed. If change authorized by factory then you can make any changes at no cost unless for product upgrades. If you cancel a custom made order during 3 days grace period you only pay the 3% service fee. After 3 days order cannot be cancelled.

All none custom made products orders (Products with no variance or options) and imported furniture have no grace period since they are mostly in stock items. These type of orders are subject to immediate shipping from suppliers and may not be changed or cancelled. However, if any none custom orders placed and product was not available for immediate shipping release, then it can be edited, changed, modified, cancelled with prior authorization from Berkshire Furniture. There are no admin fee to make changes to your none custom made orders but there will be 3% admin fee for cancellation of a non custom order during 3 days grace period to cover our admin fees.

Any order cancelled within grace period time of 3 days  will be subject to 3% service fee to cover our administration charges. Remaining payment will be refunded back to same method of payment.

Any orders placed for a discontinued product will be fully refunded with no fees charged. Customer can then choose to place another order for a similar product which is available. It usually happens with imported products, so please call ahead if you wish to know if a product is available or not prior to your order. Otherwise if you order a discontinued product, you will be fully refunded.

Our terms are either 30% deposit at the time of order and balance due prior to shipping (if outside GTA), or at delivery point (if within GTA).

Financing is not free, dealers who offer you free financing they have to pay a high fee to financing firms and in turn might add that fee to their prices. For this reason at present we accept major credit cards, certified cheque, e-transfer to process your orders and you save all the extra financing fees.
