I purchased the "A" Frame dining table made of willow from Berkshire Furniture. I had never heard of a willow table before, but Saber discussed with me all the positives of this wood and I was comfortable with and trusted his knowledge. I am glad that I had his advice because I am extremely satisfied both with the quality of the furniture as well as with the customer service. Delivery was well worth it as we had assistance with putting it together and we also had a quick tutorial on how to take care of our new table. In stores today it is so hard to find solid wood in any type of furniture and not only is this possible with Berkshire custom made dining line, but you are also getting quality for your money. Saber is really great to deal with and so helpful!

I ordered a Concordia wall unit with a fireplace. Great look for my new place and fantastic size for the odd length of condo walls. When it arrived, there was some damage, a problem with some of the hardware, and the wrong trim piece was shipped. I was a bit upset but Saber got right on top of the problem and was able to get me new pieces. When the new piece arrived, I could not remove the hardware from the old piece without breaking the hardware so he is having new hardware shipped directly to me. Even though I had issues, I highly recommend Berkshire Furniture. Good customer service can often be seen better by how a company solves problems and I am quite satisfied by my product and the attention Saber gave to me to solve my issues.
