Placing an order with  Berkshire Furniture is fun and easy. On any item(s) you like to order, just click on "Place order now" . That will bring you right to our signing screen. Enter your E-mail address to begin. Once you are in the "Invoice page", then you take control. Items you have selected are already entered. Prices are shown, and all you have to do is enter your informtion such as name and address on the top portion.

What means What on Invoice page?

Terms = You can choose to pay either a 30% deposit at time of booking order or pay in full.

Shipping Method = Please choose any of the method we offer.  For shipping we offer:  White Glove, Curbside drop off (Standard), or Pick Up. 

Special Request =  Please write here any special request you might have. You can choose like: Type of leg for a table (if available) shipping time request, ASAP, 4-6 WKS, 4-6 MONTH Etc... Just remember choosing your preference as ASAP, does not mean your order can be shipped soon, it just means that you are giving us the permission to ship your furniture AS SOON as POSSIBLE (Y) available. You can also write the kind of hardware or knobs you like (if available).

Colour = Please fill this area with your choice of colour if available. This area is not auto fill.

Fabric = Please fill this area with your choice of fabric if available. This area is not auto fill.

Shipping charge = Please fill this area with your preferred shipping rate. This area is not auto fill and shows Zero. Shipping RATES ARE POSTED ONLINE, if you are not in GTA, call or e-mail to get shipping rate. After selecting your prefered shipping methods/Rate then write the specified amount in shipping area. If it is pickup, then leave it at Zero.

GST = This is the Goods and Service Tax charged within ALL provinces of CANADA. The rate is 5%. This window is auto fill and can not be changed.

PST = This is Provincial Sales Tax charged ONLY to Ontario residence. The rate is 8% of total items. This window is auto fill and can not be changed.

Total = Total is the total of your invoice. (Tax calculation is based on the Total)

Deposit Payment = This area is automatically filled at 30% rate. If you wish to pay the full amount, then choose "Full Payment" option.

Balance Due = Balance of payment is due when shippment leaves our docks. If you reside in GTA (Greater Toronto Area), we can also collect the balance on delivery. For out of GTA customers balance must be paid when shippment leaves our docks. We will send you PAYPAL LINK by E-mail to pay by Credit Card.

US DOLLARS / CAD DOLLARS = Please select your choice and type of currency. All the amounts will automatically convert as per latest inputed currency rate.

US CUSTOMERS SS NUMBER = If you are U.S. Citizen buying furniture from CANADA and you like it shipped to your address in UNITED STATES, U.S. Customs do require either a Social Security Number (for individuals) or a Tax I.D. number (for businesses). Without providing any ONE of these two number we can not clear your shipment. We take your privacy as a very serious matter and all information are kept confidential.

Submit Button = When you click "Submit" You will be taken to PayPal Secure website and there you can choose your payment choices. You do Not need to have a PayPal account to pay for your order.

 Terms and Conditions: 

We work hard to bring you quality product at prices close to wholesale. Therefor we cannot afford the luxury of relaxed, no questions asked policy of some department stores or other retailers who add all the EXTRA unforeseen cost of their relaxed policy to their prices. If you are not sure about your purchasing decision and like to pay a high price but have the convenience of canceling or returning your purchase with possibly no questions asked, please try department stores. But if you know what you like and think that our product and price is best for you, then you will find our policy fair.

Within 24 Hours:
Any order placed through website or the store can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund minus the bank charges or credit card charges of 3% if any.  If you paid by Cash, Certified Cheque, you will receive your refund by Cheque and there are no bank charges.

After 24 Hours:
Any order placed through website or store and then canceled after the 24 hours period is maybe subject to a 30% re-stocking fee plus applicable tax.

Orders ready to be shipped or Already shipped:
There are no cancellation or change allowed on orders shipped or ready for shipping. Once we e-mail you or contact you by phone that your order is about to be shipped, you can not cancel your order.

How we ship:
Every item is inspected prior to shipping and then re-packed with more foam, cardboards, whatever needed. For extra saftey and due to the size and amount of units our customers order, almost all our shipments put on skids and sent out by freight trucks. In some cases where skids are accepted, we will also send your orders by FEDEX or UPS.
Your furniture regardless of sizes or if it is assembled or not, are handled with experienced freight companies large or small. Every piece is strapped and secured to side of the truck. Once a piece is loaded in the truck, the next time it is unloaded is at your destination.

Every item you purchase from Berkshire Furniture comes with a warranty, (Please check our warranty). We have one of the best and easiest solution when it comes to warranty. We wished that we could have somehow put you in contact with all those happy customers who appreciate our hard work and give us compliment after compliment (Please read our latest Feedback) for great service we provided to them. Some they tell us " You gave us a product or service better then our own local retailers". We appreciate those compliments and get encouraged to work harder.
